The Board meets about five times per year in various locations in order to discuss day to day matters as well as to prepare for these three big meetings, as well as to organise and prepare for such events as Young EPLAW Advocacy Training and meetings with various other patent/IP organisations; and to liaise with the EPO about EPLAW assistance with the training of UPC and national judges as well as with the UPC drafting committee about the Rules of Procedure.
