The EPLAW Board wishes to draw attention to the EPO conference ‘Boards of Appeal and key decisions 2023’ will take place online on 9-10 November, 2023. The occasion marks the 50th anniversary of the EPC, and therefore this year online attendance is free of charge for all interested parties. No special code is required.
The conference is traditionally well attended by lawyers and judges, as well as by patent attorneys and patent examiners.
